Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Please note that this homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras, both mounted along the front of the house, to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • This property is not pet friendly. Do not bring pets into this home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are welcome to attend; however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.

  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Parking Information

  • All guest vehicles may only be parked in the driveway of the home. Vehicles may not be parked on the road.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • TVs are streaming-capable for guests to bring their logins.
  • All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
  • Kitchens are well stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These are provided for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest: Great Camp (BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (summer concerts May–Nov), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store), North Pavilion (Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)), Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!), Vineyard (Food and Wine served).

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras, mounted along the front of the house, for security. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the property.

Other Critical Details

  • While enjoying your stay at Bouldercrest, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • All visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
